The holding of the Biennial Meeting/ Conference of the American actor “Educational Leaders Without Borders” (ELWB) on the 2nd-4th of June 2021 at the facilities of the University of West Attica, as well as the desire of the specific actor regarding the creation of its own European department in the Institute, was announced by the rector of the University of West Attica, Professor Panagiotis E. Kaldis.
More specifically, following a cooperation with Mrs. Anna Saiti, Administration and Economics of Education Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education, in the School of Administrative, Economics and Social Sciences of the University of West Attica and with the co-founders of the American actor Mrs. Rosemary Papa, International Professor of Comparative Leadership at Soka University of America in Southern California, USA and Mr. Fenwick W. English, Professor and Department Chair of Educational leadership at Ball State University in Munchie, Indiana, USA a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed for the purpose of establishment of a European department (branch) of ELWB, aiming at:
- The provision of advisory services regarding the development of academic programs
- The conducting of common researching programs
- The conducting of common scientific conferences
- The organization and operation of common academic activities
